The functionality requirement on the “Thank You” page

If a customer selects the shipping method “Self-Pickup – SF Express (SF Station / Smart Locker)” on the checkout page, then after completing the checkout, a Google Form will appear on the Thank You page, but only for customers who selected this specific shipping method.
